Summary:
ClarityEd, Americas smartest test prep company, is looking for smart, motivated and enthusiastic people to become its faculty members. The faculty will be primarily responsible for teaching students, so as to make them achieve high test scores. Positions are open in all the subjects and in all the cities.
Responsibilities:
– Teach and communicate ideas effectively
– Dynamically engage, monitor and motivate students
– Attending training sessions and mastering our methodology
– Incorporate feedback quickly
– Communicate with managers about student and program related issues
– Being punctual and disciplined
Performance:
– Faculty evaluations by students and colleagues
Qualifications:
– At least a Bachelors degree, exceptional high school senior students may be considered
– Masters degree preferred
– Previous taking of appropriate official test and a good score. This is a must if you are applying under exceptional high school senior category
– Excellent command of subject matter
– Prior teaching experience a plus
