JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
ClarityEd, Americas best test prep company, is seeking self motivated, enthusiastic and well-networked people to work as external sales representative promoting ClarityEd test prep courses, campaigns and events. The selected person will serve as ClarityEd ambassador throughout the town community, and will Generate new leads among the towns population.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain in-depth knowledge of ClarityEd’s products
– Effectively communicate features and benefits of ClarityEd products and manage prospect expectations
– Work closely with corporate management to plan and execute sales objectives
– Identify and actively introduce ClarityEd to town’s students and school leaders
– Post and distribute fliers, postcards, pamphlets, etc advertising materials
– Increase awareness in town by periodically conducting tabling, word-of-mouth, seminars, cold-calling, email campaigns, social media postings, etc
– Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for sales growth
– Advise students regarding college admissions tests and Clarity test prep offerings
– Promote and register students for ClarityEd test prep classes
– Make front-line assessment of local market conditions and advise ClarityEd sales managers
– Upload acquired data into CRM
– and other things as required

Performance:
– Leads growth and conversion numbers
– Town sales volume and growth

Qualifications:
– High school or BS degree
– Current or past resident of the town
– Well-networked and outgoing member of the town
– Goal-oriented and motivated with good interpersonal skills
– Active participant in town’s events and PTA a plus
– Sales, marketing or event promotion experience a plus
– Professional demeanor, selling style and appearance
– Experience in lead qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development and territory management
– Knowledge of school exams and standardized tests, or willingness to learn at least
– Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
