JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
ClarityEd, Americas best test prep company, is looking for smart, motivated and enthusiastic people to become its Spanish faculty members. The faculty will be primarily responsible for teaching Spanish to students, so as to make them achieve high test scores.
Responsibilities:
– Teach and communicate ideas effectively
– Dynamically engage, monitor and motivate students
– Attending training sessions and mastering our methodology
– Incorporate feedback quickly
– Communicate with managers about student and program related issues
– Being punctual and disciplined
Performance:
– Faculty evaluations by students and colleagues
Qualifications:
– At least a Bachelors degree, exceptional high school senior students may be considered
– Masters degree preferred
– Should be a native speaker
– Excellent command of subject matter
– Prior teaching experience a plus
